Broadband for Westfield West Lothian

We the undersigned demand that BT upgrade the local telephone exchange in order that Westfield may be able to connect to broadband services in line with the government policy of broadband for all.
The current lack of service hampers businesses in the area and denies access to high speed internet for private home owners unnecessarily.
